Only the employees involved in the organization of each Tour have access to the Client's information and will only have access to what is strictly necessary.

Personal data such as name and email address will be requested. The collection of this data only aims to make it possible to respond to your request and provide you with the information you need.

Newsletter

OUT COME OUT offers the possibility of subscribing to a free newsletter service to visitors to its website. In order to use this service, you will necessarily have to provide your name and email address. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time, simply by following the instructions to that effect at the end of each newsletter.

Registration/Reservation for a Tour available on the website

Each Tour available on the website has a button that links to a page with its own form for the Client to fill in with the necessary data to start the booking process. All data collected is only the necessary and at this stage is not shared with third parties.

After we receive this data, the Client will be contacted by email asking him to make a payment through a secure connection of the Stripe payment processing platform and also, if necessary, to request some more data so that we can proceed with the Tour booking process.

All personal data, personal information or documents collected through the exchange of emails with the Client are confidential and treated with the utmost secrecy and will only be shared with third parties in the case of confirmation of the reservation and only the necessary personal data as explained in the following point.

Provision of data to third parties

Your name, age, gender, identification, contacts, among others, may have to be shared with authorities or service providers at the destination (accommodation, airlines, local tour companies, transport or car rental, ticket reservation, etc.) whenever this is legally mandatory and/or essential for the fulfillment of the Tour itinerary.

Your personal data may also be disclosed to third parties, to satisfy requirements imposed by law or by competent governmental or judicial authorities or even satisfy requirements necessary to initiate or sustain a judicial process or defense in a legal action.

Your personal data may also be communicated to the police or judicial authorities, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and upon a formal request from the authorities, for the purpose of preventing fraud against us (anti-fraud services).

The Client guarantees that the personal data provided to OUT COME OUT are true and is responsible for communicating any changes thereto.

After the end of the Tour

The information sent by the Client and collected by us is only used for the correct organization of the contracted Tour and after completion of the same, this information is eliminated. We only keep name, contact details and documents that by legal imposition we are obliged to keep, such as a copy of invoices issued.

If you re-register for a new Tour organized by us, it will be necessary to send all the requested data again.

Third party links

Our website or emails sent by OUT COME OUT may include links to third party websites. By clicking on these links you may be allowing third parties to collect or share your personal data. We do not control these third party websites and are not responsible for their privacy policies, so we encourage you to read the privacy policy of those websites you are visiting when you leave our website.

In accordance with current legislation, the Client has the right to access and rectify their personal data, as well as the right to request their deletion.
