We are here, Artur and Jorge, to help you prepare your fantastic trip, together with an amazing group of guys and of course, with us always present.

After choosing the Gay Group Tour you want, simply fill in the contact form on the Tour page and agree to the booking conditions. You don't have to pay anything yet.

You will then be contacted by email to pay the €500 non-refundable deposit and also to provide us with further relevant information to complete the booking.

Up to 60 days before the date of the trip, you'll receive an email with any updates that may exist about the trip and also with the information that it's time to make the last payment.

10 days before the trip, you'll receive an email with all the final details of the trip.

In any case, from your first contact we'll always accompany you in anything you need or relevant information.

Of course yes. It's normal to have solo travelers and the other people come with 1 or 2 friends or their partner. Everyone comes loaded with good mood and excitement for the trip and after a short time, the whole group will feel like a group of friends.

It's a great way to travel, meet new people and make friends.

If you can't convince your friends to come with you, don't worry and join us: you won't feel alone!

As a solo traveller, you will share a two-bedded twin room with another solo traveller, at no additional cost.

If you want a room all to yourself, you'll have to pay a single supplement: the price is listed on each Gay Tour.

The groups are small and fill up fast, so the earlier you book, the better.

If it's more than 60 days before your start date you can reserve a space on a group by completing a booking and paying a €500 deposit. Full payment must be made at least 60 days before your start date.

You also have the option of paying the remaining amount of the trip, in addition to the deposit, in installments up to 60 days before the trip. Just inform us of your wish and we will organize everything together with you.

If you want to cancel the booking, you must send us an email and the following cancellation terms will apply:

- Up to 60 days before the departure date, we will keep the deposit amount paid as credit, less unrecoverable costs and a cancellation fee of €150 per traveller. If you have paid more than the minimum deposit amount, we will refund any amount in addition to your deposit.

- Between 59 and 30 days before the departure date, Out Come Out retains 50% of the total amount paid by you as a cancellation fee and the remaining 50% is retained as credit for a future trip.

- Less than 30 days before the departure date, Out Come Out keeps 100% of the total payment made by you, with no refund or credit.

In order to make everything more flexible, all payments are made through a secure connection that you will receive via email from us. We accept most major credit and debit cards.

International flights to and from the destination are not included in the price of the trip. So you have the freedom and flexibility to choose the most affordable, flexible, or luxurious ticket.

But we can help you with specific flight recommendations to help you book on your own.

If any of our tours indicate an domestic flight as part of the itinerary, then it is included.

But we have included all the accommodation, a fantastic itinerary with lots of activities, welcome and farewell dinners, airport pickup and constant good mood!

When should I book my flight to arrive?

The ideal is to arrive on the exact day of the start of our tours. There are no activities on this day, just a welcome dinner for the whole group to get to know each other.

We require a minimum of 4 guests for each tour. When this minimum is already confirmed, we will contact you to inform you that you can book the flight.

Visas and Passports vary depending on destination and citizenship. If you don't know, we can help you confirm whether or not you need a Visa/Passport.

Please note that obtaining the Visa is your responsibility.

Regarding the passport, we warn that many countries require that your passport is valid for up to 6 months beyond your date of arrival into the country so make sure to check your passport expiry date.

Travel insurance is compulsory for all our tours.

You can buy discounted travel insurance through our partner here or at any other insurance agency you prefer.

You will need to provide us with proof that you have travel insurance. Your travel insurance must include medical assistance and repatriation in case of illness or accident and must clearly and comprehensively cover all expenses arising from the Covid19 pandemic.

None of our destinations have mandatory vaccinations requirements.

But we can not provide medical advice so, if you are unsure or need advice we suggest checking with a licensed professional.
